I got the expension pack to the original Call of Duty. The gameplay is exactly the same as the full scale game, which is ok by me. Up to the point I am now the game is very linear and storyline driven. We start in Bastogne and go on to Foy, just like it happened in real life. The only thing I really hate is that your character is killed if he get's in the wrong fox hole, and when there are many and only one is the 'right' foxhole it takes a lot of replay to find the right one. I can't remember if it was like this in the original but at certain points battles and reinforcements are only triggered if you are in the correct spot, so I have spent several tries mowing down people with a MG to have endless waves show up, till I finaly move to a different point and suddently things happen, even though I was on the right spot on the map the first time.
I played the demo of Black for the PS2, and I was really impressed. The graphics were pretty realistic and I really like the dust and particle renders. The demo had good gameplay, really chaotic. Kind of reminds me of the look of Battlefield 2 for the PC, but without the LAN driven gameplay and also not as based in real world capping.

United Front is great. I like it way more than the original Call of Duty missions. I like fighting in the battle of the bulge, because my grandfather fought there. And those trigger points are a bitch, but they're good if you just want to mow down people for a while.

I'm Rezzing!! WHEEEE!!!!!
I'm still playing FF5! I still don't like it as much as the others. I got sidetracked by more modern games for a while.
