well by hook or by crook i've lost some more weight. the not eating thing seems to be a good method though i don't recomend it. but never the less my last weigh in was today at 209. i started this year at 230-235 so i feel really good. i have energy and i'm not feeling malnourished. but i'm still on my workouts and when i do eat i eat good foods that are healthy such as grilled fish, greens and very little starches. so anyways, that's where i stand.

Still eating well, but any semblance of a schedule for activity has been crashed thanx to uber-busy-ness. I also need someone to flog me with noodles to keep me motivated.

well hawt damn! i'm down to 204 as of today now. i plan on hitting the gym with a vengence like a freakin mad man. i didn't acheive this by the way i wanted to but never the less i've made it down the road. a total loss of 31 lbs. now i start toning up and by AZ i WILL be Kratos. yay!
