that sucks all your help bailed. and pudding is quite addictive. It is. It made me feel marginally better, but not as much as the fact that basically all the packing is done and that my next trip to sav'h is the lst, and that on that trip all I gotta do is load the truck, do a little light cleaning, then head to the beach once it starts getting dark and the temperature gets civilised. And have beer. Moving should involve beer. And friends. But I don't know if that last one will happen. The one person that showed up late saturday night to keep me company is out of town that week. Yesterday was a good day- I only ate half my calzone, and the slice of cheese danish was smaller than the allotted portion size, and I was satisfied. I also drank an acceptable amount of water, and didn't snack. Yay! ;D It was probably because I was exhausted, but at least I still behaved! That's what counts...

I suck! I ate a big chunk of danish today at work because it was there and had a plate of spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner. Tasty, but really really bad move... what are some of your recent slip-ups?

well well well it's that time again for the weekly check in. not much change as for my total weight. i'm sitting on about 216 but my belt is tightening and my pants are looser. i've gone from a 38 to a 36 and its still decending. i feel stronger and more lean so although my weight loss has slowed down my fat is dissapearing and my muscle mass it growing. so i'm gonna keep on track and go on with my work. how is everyone else coming along?

My check in: Did relatively ok, but blew it over the weekend with the choice of foods and portions of the junk (why did the Pringles have to be $1? Why did I cave when I almost NEVER eat chips?? Wierd craving I guess). I had good control at actual meals though, dividing the humongoid portions into two or three. I'm paying for it though - after eating healthier for a while, eating junk for a day or two has given me a tummy ache for the day and part of last night. That's what I get... I'm going to keep my diet simple for a day or two to get back on track. Congrats on your success so far, Sessho!!!

Moving these week blew any good intentions out of the water...I have to get back on track now. Now that I moved, people can start bugging me to take advantages of the facilities next to my residence; otherwise I'll just get slack....

well it's been the week from hell. my daycare assistance fell through, my store manager was on vacation this week so i had to do EVERYTHING, so i've been worn out, thus my diet this week went all to hell. i'm acually up to 215 so i'm up 3 lbs which pisses me off so this week i'm gonna try get back to it. oh and on sunday my father in law and i had to take my engine apart in my Explorer to fix the intake gasket. two days ago we had to put in a new radiator too. oh well, this week will be better

I had a lapse in being active, but I'm going t o use this weekend to jump back in again. Still dropping the "Biomat 15" though. I'm down 9 of those pounds. Just to clarify, I'm not unhappy with my weight, though I'm annoyed that a suck-ass job added some weight - as long as I'm in shape I'm content with whatever my weight. It's an added benefit that it's going away, though actively losing weight isn't my goal in this endeavour. I'm feeling a lot better healthwise and don't feel so much like the dough-boy anymore. Yay....

Been a good week for weight loss- I kicked a pound or two from not eating due to the flu/virus thing I had this week. Sucks to be sick but the side effect was ok for once.

Still hanging in there on the weight. Portions continue to be better and getting out and moving feels more like normal activity instead of something I have to motivate myself up to doing. Feels more natural to be more active now.
