John frusciante has made quite a comeback after that johnny thunders wet dream interview he did for Dutch tv....now that he's not on the nod its good to see him playing again..even tho i DONT like the chiles..he's still a unique player..probably the ONLY reason the CHILES ever got anywhere... So is getting somewhere the only measure of success?

Hello All! I am back after a brief stint of Hermitdom. I see that LEGION, and the SPOOK (as I already knew) have the same great tastes in Music as I. This is a very good thing, a very Good Thing, but I didn't see Tom Waits listed, unless I missed him. He is the raspy master of fun, and depressing as hell music. I have been in a Threeway music listening loop between Tom, D.K., and the Dead Milkmen over the last week. Not that this is a bad thing mind you. Anyway, its good to be back, and it is good to see that the overhaul of the Hall has been completed. Great Job SPOOK!

I'm here, I'm here.. somewhat... no cruise for me, and no drinking. I usually just sleep and work now. Good to see you back Kevzilla!!! Hope you stick around!!
To touch on a topic that I was discussing with someone a week or so ago, does anyone know where a list of film _cameos_ by Tom Waits might exist? I know he made a lot of them, but haven't found any decent listings yet.

Waits Watchers? Oops, sorry.. I thought the text read "Weight Watchers" - not good for a skinny stick figure mouse.
A lot of cameos by Waits (and others) are not documented, that's sort of an old movie tradition. The official Waits website only lists 4 cameos but I know I've seen/heard him a in a lot more than that. Anyhoo, here's ya a start to the *cameo* list via the official source:
