Thanks for the well-wishes, PAININTHEASS! (can we just call you by your old name? it's easier to type ) This week is pay week, so all the bills get dealt with next weekend, and when I am done here I want to call and confirm my reservations (and see what floor it is) Umm.. I've still been slack. I go to work today later, though, so I hope to get something done before I leave. We found Jager's wig, so now we're just down to getting it done and finding my shades and the supplies I need for the VIAGRA. And maybe some red shoelaces. I'm opting to wear boots I already have snce they're broken in instead of finding Armitage's red boots or buying a pair and painting them.. and I'll just put red laces on them. That'll prolly be the biggest inaccurace about my costume, but it'll still look good.

Spooky and I have finaly began the production of my costume. She has made the pattern for my chest piece and started sewing it on, while I sewed together the elestic for the baseband of my skirt. We are comming down to the wire here, but I think we will be able to get everything done. I will focus on painting and making my head piece while Spooks can do most of the sewing. I'm a little slow at sewing, but I will do some to if time permits.

Well- I can't say too much here..... Lord Sesshomaru is almost complete with his costume and He claims I will have a Costume by the end of this week. He said he is starting it tonight- we might get it done by friday- He is on vacation so I should be ok. He still needs armour for his costume and we are still late on the make up ( spook we may need those art markers yet). I can't believe the convention starts in 4 days! Wow this really has snuck up on me................

Sorry I've been AWOL again... busy busy busy! My costume is mostly done except the trim on the stockings and the gloves, plus the VIAGRAs. You wouldn't believe that nobody in Savannah apparently needs buckles of any sort I'm personally uncertain about getting Jager's costume done, but if he says I can, than I guess I can. <shrug> I can't believe it's only days away But I am happy to say that though $ will be very very tight, I can pull this off!! I'm bringing a lot of my own provisions to help offset the cost, especially since we'll have the microwave (available to anyone that wants to use it, of course... ) I'm really pleased with how my costume came out - I almost dare to actually hope on having a chance in the Hall Cosplay contest (no relation to This particular Hall). For those that care, here's the numbers thus far... Costometer: $160 Timometer: 33

;D well i think that animazement2005 was an amazing success! sadly though it is now over and we must resume our normal hum drum lives. but we'll always have the eof how we nerded it up in 05'. when we get the pictures back we'll have to post them. i have an idea for them and how we can share them though. when you get them developed have them put on cd and then we can either have multiple copies made or make copies of the disc ourselves. then we give each other our addresses and mail each other a copy of the disc. whatcha think? but newayz we wanted to let everyone know that we got home safely and can't wait to get together again. i'm already putting together plans for Alphonse Elric. and also we will be choosing our bad guys from Final Fantasy series from 7 down (that is right isn't it?) well hope everyone is well and have a great day. sees ya'll laterz!

made it home safe and sound
a marvelous time i had, definitely the neatest new thing i've been to in a long long time. Walking arround in public being mistaken for a pimp by many was rather entertaining, i even got mestaken for santa claus by some random congoer. I think that's a good idea about the photos Sessho the more i have to remember from all of the previous 3 days the better.. Now i'm gonna go and play with my new Devestator. w00t!

We're back! We're home, the Hall's up FINALLY, and life is good! I like the cd idea, Sessho.... and Congrats on your win at Cosplay! Not bad for your first con ever! ;D As compared to last year when I had a blas but came home with no ideas, this year my brain is energised with ideas for next year. That motivation will probably also get me going on next year's plans much much sooner, making it easier and better. It was a blast to see everyone and a blast to be there. I had a lot of fun and hope to see everyone at the next AZ, but hopefully we'll all see each other sooner than that! Keep an eye out for Darth Loser, coming soon! BEEFBRAIN! You still have my earrings!! Please take good care of them, and maybe if you think of it, wrap them up in something and mail 'em to me? Also, did you ever remember those candy bars I asked you about before the con? (yeah, it's a little late to ask, but oh well ) I'm glad to see now that the even has passed, this thread will still be going for a time to come.

A big thank you to Atari for his kind hospitality to Jager and I - sorry you had to come back and let us in again after we realised we forgot something.....
A big thanks to Sessho and Beefy for feeding me dinner...
A big thanks to everyone for all the hardwork and help in making AZ what it was and as fun as it was.
Thanks for the fun and the memories - we gotta do this again next year!!

No arrests?? No smashed plate glass?? No over-turned cars??No drunken rioters running rampant?? No rubber bullets, tear gas, hoses or vicious police dogs?? Nope and nope and nope, but we had half-dressed drunken costumers running rampant, some very unviscious dogs, and some passed out people, and more chains than hoses, and more geeks than you can shake a stick at. The winner of all the Geeks is going to be the new Hall Whipping Boy! (picture soon!) We had a hell of a good time ;D

I was worried for a second that I was cut off in that picture. about the bad guys, I remember when Fox had posted what character he was going to be I went on a search, and found this site that had 100+ character drawings from FF. Unfortunitly I don't remember the adress. I will see if I can find it again with this slow ass computer. If you have not gotten board with Animazement, come to my new thread.
