(Insert Heavenly choir singing "Hallelujah") After 14 years of searching I have finaly found it. Yesterday while at Publix I found a spanish dry sausage called Chirozo that tastes very similar to my favorite Hungarian sausage. I had some last night with some french bread. It was the best simple meal I have had in a very long time. U could call it euphoric. Chorizo is not complete without a slightly chilled lager as a compliment.

I was just watching a show on the History Channel about Pizza in the US and apperantly UNO was the innovator of the Chicago Deep dish. I when there when I moved here with some co-workers. I found the dough way too buttery, it tasted like a pie crust. Seems like the innovator should have better pizza.

You REALLY need to get out more often. ;D That maybe true, but I was at work while watching this program. Plus I don't really know anyone here, and working nights is not helping that.
